Grapes are picked at the ideal moment to obtain fresh and fruity aromas and a nice acidity in the wine. Harvest and grapes’ selection are carried out with the maximum care, respecting the integrity of the berries and avoiding oxidation and undesired fermentations.
The grapes are immediately soft pressed, mantaining the freshness and the primary aromas of grapes.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperature.
